The second semester is coming and the Add / Drop period will be from January 16 (Next Monday) to February 2, 2017. It is the time for major/minor declaration as well as a chance to enroll for courses of your potential majors.

What is it about?
This talk will help you understand the relationship between your studies and career, and how to make suitable study decisions. Some of the topics to be covered include:

  • Points to consider when making study and career choices
  • Graduate employment statistics
  • Employers’ expectations
  • Career preparation during your studies

Experienced academic adviser and careers adviser will address common issues related to studies and careers, and take questions from the audience.

Concurrent Activities
This talk is part of the event “When ‘Major’ Meets ‘Minor’ Fair 2017″ which aims at providing a platform for students to explore the major / minor options available at the University. Faculty Administrators, AAO Advisers, Careers Advisers and Senior Students will be there to attend to your questions. An interactive session to meet with senior students of different major/minor programmes will also be held from 4 pm to 5 pm at the same venue on the same day.
