The Student Information System (SIS) is an IT solution to support student administration operations. SIS includes several academic advising tools to assist advisers in viewing an advisee roster, accessing academic records of advisees, contacting advisees, and entering advising comments. Procedures on how to utilize the academic advising tools in SIS are featured in this video.

As part of the continuing effort to improve student services, the University has launched a new Student Information System (SIS).
All students are requested to perform their course enrollment through SIS. If your advisees (especially First-year students) are not sure about how to check course availabilities and select courses through SIS, you may ask them to refer to the web document “A Quick Guide on Course Selection and Enrollment” (login required) prepared by the SIS Project Office, which provide detailed instructions on the course enrollment procedures in SIS.
The website of SIS Project (login required) contains much information (e.g. background, timeframe and reference materials) on SIS.
