It is normal for you to feel stressed during the revision and exam period. Try these when your revision is severely affected:

  • Think positive: remind yourself that you have already made good progress in your revision; usually you will feel better when you are more prepared
  • Relaxation technique: take a deep breath or try to do some exercise everyday
  • Talk to your teacher, Faculty Academic Adviser, tutor, or an AAO adviser Remember, help is all around!
  • If you feel that you have signs beyond normal stress (such as insomnia and loss of appetite), see a CEDARS counselor or a doctor immediately!!
